| Our 8 channel DVRs meets NAVCO Australia's endeavour to bring to you the best Digital Video Recorders available. The following DVRs use the H.264 and MPEG4 Video Compression Coding Algorithm. All of the DVR models shown, have an available VGA output connection port. The listed Digital Video Recorders have at least one 2.0 USB port. This will accommodate one method of archiving that all-important recorded video. With regard to the finished recorded video, these Digital Video Recorders store your video at a very high D1 resolution. H.264 has the advantage of offering the highest compression ratio, while maintaining excellent video quality for security applications. H.264's higher compression ratio (up to two times better than prior generation technology) effectively increases storage capacity by 100%, producing smaller file sizes and, therefore, longer recording time on a fixed-capacity storage device. In addition, the use of H.264 allows high-quality images to be transmitted over networks at very low bit rates. |
